Lil Wayne Signs A Deal With Jay-Z

The Carters are in business together. 

Lil Wayne has just announced that he has signed a deal with New York rapper Jay-z. Although the details have yet to emerge, While on stage at KMEL’s Summer Jam at Oakland’s Oracle Arena on Saturday, Wayne made the announcement.

“I just signed a deal with my motherfu**in’ idol, Jay Z,” he told the crowd, who cheered with approval.

Wayne never said he was signed to Roc Nation, as he is still under contract with Birdman. He could simply be talking about a deal with TIDAL, or he could be talking about a deal much bigger than that. He is still in an ugly legal battle with Birdman.
